Hello, and thank you for considering Crafted Sugar Shop for your next special event. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. There are no returns or exchanges allowed once your custom order has been made/picked up/delivered. Delivery fees are made upon location and discussed before the deposit is sent. Shipping fees are determined based on weight and location. Online orders are final.
