Hello, and thank you for considering us for your next special event. Please take into consideration that I do require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for all CUSTOM ORDERS. There are no returns or exchanges allowed once your custom order has been accepted. Delivery fees are made upon location. Shipping fees are determined based on weight and location. Online orders are final.
